Nourish and prepare the perineal skin in preparation for birth with regular massage with our perineal massage oil made from hazelnut, rosehip, calendula and helichrysum oil to keep skin soft, flexible and relaxed, ready for childbirth. Can also be used as baby massage oil or for cradle cap.
Directions: Directions: Use massage oil from 34 weeks, 3-4 times per week for 5-10 minutes, working up to daily closer to your due date. Ideally use in the shower or after a bath. Pour a small amount of oil into your hand and cover your thumb and index finger and massage the perineum, vaginal opening and wall gently. This should not be painful. Do not ingest. Always perform a patch test before use.

Hazelnut oil: Because hazelnut is a great carrier oil as well as a fantastic source of lubrication and skin softening, it is also commonly used in massage therapy.
Rosehip Oil: Rosehip is well known for its healing & regenerating properties, and has been proven effective in the treatment of dry skin and stretch marks.
Calendula: Calendula is high in vitamin C and may be restorative for the skin. Active ingredients like iodine, carotene and manganese promote skin generation and fasten the healing process.
Helichrysum Essential Oil: Helichrysum is particularly known for its rejuvenating, healing, and restorative properties, both emotionally and physically.
Lavender Oil: Lavender can increase collagen production.
Vitamin E: Vitamin E supports micro-circulation and oxygenation of the tissues.
